JOB PURPOSE

The Business Processes Manager is leading the BPM (Business Process Management) function and is responsible for the process governance. It is also responsible to coordinates all operational process optimization activities and initiatives within the company.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Develop initiatives for continuous business process improvements.
  2. Develop best practices for business process improvements.
  3. Design, develop and implement business processes to achieve organization goals.
  4. Assist in budget planning, resource allocation, and schedule to implement process improvements.
  5. Plan, implement and monitor business process changes for projects.
  6. Assist in making business decisions relating to system implementation, modification, maintenance, etc.
  7. Develop and maintain business process documentations that will be used as reference for preparing test cases, training documents, etc.
  8. Update business processes to meet changing business needs.
  9. Present analyses, solutions and business cases to senior management.
  10. Coordinate with cross-functional team to develop business process requirements.
  11. Assist in the development of tools and template to support successful delivery
  12. Maintain an up to date awareness of latest BPM methods and standards developments.
  13. Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.

 

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Ensure subordinates comply with organizational policies, procedures and quality standards in the department, cascading the objectives and KPIs to all members of the team.
  2. Oversee the selection of workforce in the department, in line with the business and operational plans.
  3. Take necessary actions that boost subordinate engagement and enhance capability development by providing ongoing feedback and by coaching team members within the department.
  4. Ensure all department staff adhere to GASCO safety and security regulations and take precautionary measures within the relevant scope of work.
  5. Optimize department’s performance and cost effectiveness through designing and monitoring of challenging KPI’s.
  6. Review department’s performance against budget targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and initiate remedial action to correct adverse variances and enhance performance.
  7. Manage all government and regulatory matters in accordance with company policies.
  8. Demonstrate effective compliance with all legal requirements.
  9. Ensure department employees are in compliance with all safety & security regulations in conjunction with all parties, ensure all GASCO policies are adhered to and maintained effectively.
