JOB PURPOSE

HC Specialist is responsible to assist Employees Services Manage in managing employees’ services in the areas of managing employees records in system, medical insurance and attendance management.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Assists in the development and implementation of initiatives related to employee services.

2. Ensures that employees data is properly recorded in system by tracking all the employee related transactions.

3. Ensures that internal transfers are properly executed by ensuring the availability of necessary approvals.

4. Keeps track of employees’ attendance and share the regular reports related to late arrivals and absences with concerned managers.

5. Acts as a liaison between employees and Medical Insurance company/broker to resolve any grievance/issues.

6. Coordinates with Talent Acquisition and OD sections in of any change required in employees’ status.

7. Assist in management of disciplinary and grievance issues.

8. Maintaining employee records in files and in system

9. Performs other related duties or tasks assigned by line manager.

MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATION

Bachelors in Human Resources or Business Administration

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience
